祐天寺にございます『Stand Bo Bun』さんへお伺いさせて頂きました。
お米から作られました自家製のベトナムの麺料理ブン専門店でございます。
ベトナムの麺料理と言いますと同じくお米から作られましたフォーが一般的ではございますがフォーが平打ち麺に対しブンは細麺のビーフンのような麺でございます！
東急東横線祐天寺駅から徒歩約３分くらいです
今回頂きましたもの！
・ボブン ￥1500
・米粉のチーズテリーヌ ￥620
「ボブン」とは、ブン麺に牛肉、揚げ春巻き、野菜をのせたライスヌードルサラダでございます！
スイートチリソース、麺、具材を良く混ぜて頂きます！
フレンチベトナミーズと言う事もありフレンチの手法を取り入れ日本人向けにアレンジされている事もあり、現地屋台感ある香りの強すぎるお味ではなく、優しいお味なので食べやすく頂けます！
さっぱりとしたお味ですが、甘辛ダレでマリネされレモングラスと炒められた牛肉がしっかりとしたお味なので、混ぜると全体のバランスが上手くとれたお味にしてくれます！
ライムの爽やかな香りやナッツ類の食感も良いです！
チーズテリーヌは米粉特有の少しボソッとした口あたりがございますが、濃厚でありますが甘さ控えめな優しいお味でございます。
ハチミツと思ってかけられておりましたものは、オリーブオイルでブラックペッパーもかけられており、ワインにも合いそうなチーズテリーヌでございました。
外観も内観もインテリア類もベトナムの屋台のような異国の地に訪れたような感じでございます！
