【チャーシュー中華そば(炭火つるし焼チャーシュー)】
4/30 OPEN の新店舗へ
「まるえ中華そば」で修業された方の独立店です
ラーメンは「まるえ中華そば」のまんまと言っては言い過ぎですが麺などはともかくとして、色濃く修業先の色が出ています
チャーシューは種類を選べるようになっていて、金額そのまま【炭火つるし焼きチャーシュー】、+¥100の【巻きバラチャーシュー】、+¥250の【MIXチャーシュー】もあります 今日は炭火つるし焼きチャーシューですが素晴らしい出来
細麺とスープの組み合わせは悪くありません いわゆるネオノスな１杯ですね
店名の通り、何かこう柑橘系の香りがスープに漂っているように感じましたが気のせいかな？
