（料理教室）世田谷 五本木セレブが集う料理教室「ボンシュマン」2014.02.11Tuesday0
東京、駒沢通り「五本木」交差点付近にあるフレンチレストラン
「ボンシュマン」
３年連続ミシュランで☆を取得されている名店です。
（最寄り駅は東急東横線 学芸大学前もしくは祐天寺 徒歩10分くらいです）
ボンシュマンで開催された料理教室へ参加をしてきましたよ。
ボンシュマンでのレッスンは、厨房に入りシェフのデモンストレーションを見て学びます。レッスンメニューは３品。少人数制で私が参加した会は８名でした。
場所柄なのか、セレブな女性が多かったですまね。
さ〜今日もクッキング。
今回は、今までに食べたことのない食材や初めて出会う食材など勉強になること満載でした。
厨房でのシェフのデモを見学した後はお食事タイム。
フルサイズでお食事が楽しめます。
有機野菜のココット料理
カラフルな大根が甘くて美味しい。もちろんこだわりの調理法で作られるからのお味なのです。
白子のムニエル
白子をこのサイズで調理し、食べたのは初めて。
（実は・・・見た目でアウトだったのです。）
でも、とっても美味しいのですね。中がふわっとして、表面はカリっと焼き上がるコツを学んじゃいました。
豚舌のシュークルート添え
シュークルートは、ザワークラウトのこと。缶詰を利用して美味しく変身します。
豚舌・・とんたんと読みます。調理中のそのままの形には、引いてしまいましたが、味は柔らかく美味しい。
多分自分で選んで食べることはないのでこれも良い経験です。
デザート
最後にデザートが付きます。こちらはレッスン内容にはないのですが、絶品です。
庶民は主婦としては実はこれが一番実用的で習いたかったりして。
デザートを食べにまた行きたいですね。
