【小さな前菜のヴァラエティー】
1・「キッシュ」→ハム入りアパレイユに旨みを引き出すチーズ感がありました。濃くておいしい、パイも際だって厚め、サクサクで完璧キッシュでした。
2・「ブーダンノワール・バナナのソテー添え」→臭みのないおいしいブーダンノワール。バナナのソテーと合わせていただくというもの。。キャラメリーゼのまろやかなバナナ
3・「イワシのオイル煮」→脂っぽくなく、酸っぱくなくイワシの食感もやわらかく、まろやかなおあじ。
4・「めひかりのベニエ」→ほんとう目がギラリ!サクッと揚がって、お魚のうまみ、おいしかった。。めひかりの下にマッシュポテト
5・「野菜のポタージュ」→まったりタイプ。
6・「白レバーのムース・イチジクのジャム添え」→仕込みがいいのでしょうね。まったく臭みがなくなめらかでした。
【メイン・本日のお魚料理 築地より】
「江戸前カマスのポアレ・リゾット添え・ブールブランソース」
お皿を見て、、お草履みたい(例えが悪くて失礼)メインと双璧の一つともいえるボリュームの、濃ゆい白ワインとバターソースに硬めのリゾットがおいしかった。
江戸前カマスって??→『秋カマスは嫁に食わすな』という諺もある程、秋に脂が乗って白身の上品な味になる。とのこと。ピュアなお魚の旨み、満喫いたしました。
【デセール】
「キャラメルのムースとコーヒーのグラニテ・自家製練乳添え」
これもすごいボリュームで普通の喫茶店のパフェグラスでサーブされました。
キャラメルムースはホイップでフワフワお味農耕、でなくて濃厚。キャラメルっていうかミルクモカに近いかな。たっぷりなので嬉しい悲鳴。トッピングはプラリネみたいにサクっとしたのと、コーヒーグラニテ、自家製練乳。

雑誌ハナコに以前、渡辺満里奈さんが連載されていた時期がありました。彼女は《ボンシュマン行きたい、また行きたい》と書かれており、お一人でもいらしていた位、よほどお気に入りレストランだったようです。
「特別な気持ちになれる近所のフランス料理店を」「ハレの日のための、でもホッとできるレストラン」肩肘張らない静かな時が流れる落ち着いた空間で本格フレンチをお楽しみください。とのコンセプト、グランメゾン級の建物ではないけれどボストン郊外にあるような「コロニアル調」な上品な温もりがあって寛げます。
