祐天寺駅から徒歩で8分くらいの住宅街の中にあるリーズナブルなフレンチのレストランでランチして来ました。
このお店はフランスで4年間修行した後に代官山のラブレーでシェフをした後に2002年に独立して以降にミシュランのビブグルマンを取ってる事で人気のお店で店内はシンプルな感じだけど清潔感のある落ち着いた雰囲気で良いと思います。
今回は3000円のランチコースにしました。
ノンアルコールで乾杯
前菜はカンパチのマリネで上にフレッシュトマトのソースと九条葱を胡麻油で和えた物に芹と自家製カラスミを添えた物でした。
カンパチは脂が乗っていて身も締っていてさっぱりしていて美味しかったよ
パンは酸味があってレバーパテと良くあって美味しかったよ
メインはシュークルートで豚肉に塩漬けして発酵させたキャベツに付け合わせに自家製フランクフルトでドイツのサワークラウトによく似たアルザス地方の家庭料理でした。
豚肉がめちゃボリュームあってお肉は良く煮込まれてフランクフルトはめちゃ脂が滲み出ていてジューシーで美味しかったよ
デザートはバナナのケーキとコーヒーのムースでした。
バナナのケーキがしっとりしていてコーヒーのムースはコーヒーの風味が濃厚で美味しかったよ
今回は12時30分ごろに行きましたが店内は他に2〜３組とほぼ満席でした。
地元に愛されるレストランって感じで良いと思います。
また再訪したいと思います。
