猛暑続きで散歩もしんどいので、近所の蕎麦屋へ。
ランチタイムは混雑の人気店だが、猛暑のせいか、土曜12時でも待たずに着席。
・天邪鬼そば 1,250円
・天付せいろ 1,800円
メニューには田舎蕎麦もあったが、本日品切れということで、二八をいただく。
天邪鬼そばは、簡単に言うと鴨せいろだが、細かく刻んだ鴨肉にネギ、茄子、生姜、柚子等が入り、旨味たっぷり。店員さんから命名の由来を聞いた通り、天邪鬼な人でも、美味しいと言わざるを得ない。
天付せいろの天ぷらは、海老、カニ、さつまいも、茄子、南瓜、蕗とバラエティに富み、サックリ揚げ加減良し。締めの蕎麦湯も濃厚、土瓶で提供される。
鴨汁は本当にクセになる美味しさ。今度は鴨焼をいただきたい。
