無性にもりが食べたくなり、AEONの裏手のビルの一階にあるお蕎麦屋さんで老舗感が漂っていたので伺ってみた。
店内はすごく小さくテーブルが三卓のみですが2階も有るようです。
二枚せいろを注文
角のしっかりたったやや太めのそば。
つゆは雷門に近い濃口でちょい付けで食べる。
しっかりした食感に風味も感じるすっきりとした味わい。
やや切りむら湯でむらがあるがこれも特徴になるか。
蕎麦湯の鉄瓶は、熱いと言われたが本当にちょー熱かった(笑)
程よい濁りがある蕎麦湯をいただき完食です。
端境期でもこれたけの蕎麦を味わえて満足できました。
ご馳走さまでした。
美味しかったです。
