学芸大学駅近くにあるオーガニックレストラン 野菜
デリ みどりえさんを休日ランチで初めての訪問しま
した。ここはオーガニック素材を使った自然食レス
トラン & デリとのことです。　

限定10食の竹籠ランチをいただきました。肉、魚、
ビーガンから選べるとのことで、魚にしました。

魚はサワラの味噌焼きです。

おかずはメインのサワラ以外にも野菜中心に魚介や
卵を使かった計6品あり、全てはずれなしでした。

ごはんは胚芽米、黒米、玄米と全部食べられる3種
盛りがあるとのことで、3種盛りをお願いしました。
これは良いアイデアですね。味噌汁も美味しい。

オーガニックで身体に優しいものばかりなのに、味も
美味しく、心身共に元気になりました。
