I've been there a few times for lunch with people from work. There is a wall of glass along Meguro Street, so you can see the street clearly, but the glass extends to your feet, so I think it would be rather uncomfortable to sit near the window. (I usually sit a little inside) Pasta + mini salad + focaccia + coffee costs 980 yen. As a woman, the pasta is not enough for me, so I think it would be better to get a large portion (free of charge). The pasta was al dente, just right, and although it wasn't amazing, it was delicious.
