この日は学芸大学を散策。
たまにはいつもの反対側でも行ってみるかな。
こちら味味へ行ってみました。
こちらもきたなシュランで紹介されたお店とのこと。
店内は1階、2階があるのかな。
1階はかなり狭めです、入口からしてちょっと狭いw
2組ほど酒盛りをされてました。
1階はこれでもうほぼ満員です。
メニューは水餃子が有名とのこと。
町中華と思いきや、上海蟹があったりちょっと高級なものもあるようです。
水餃子は味がついているとのことで、そのまま食べられます。
お好みで黒酢もいただきました。
餃子は皮が厚め。モチモチ感がすごいですね。
焼きならちょっと違和感が出るかもですが、水餃子ならアリですね。
餡は豚肉の割合が高めで、肉々しい食感の餡でした。
海老チャーハンはしっかりした味つけ。
パラッとした食感ですね。
海老は大ぶりのものが4つ。
油通しがしっかりしてあり、香ばしさもあります。
美味しかったけど、町中華のわりには少しお高めかな。
もう少しコスパが良ければなお良し、といったところですかね。
