2月の某休日。だんだん暖かくなってきてその日は遠征日和でしたが、休日に作りたいものがあったので遠征の時間を惜しんで最寄駅を開拓してきました。此方は学芸大学東口商店街の奥、路地にあるお蕎麦屋さんです。
もりそばの大盛りにしました。
外メニューに二八セットなどあったので二八蕎麦なのかな。うどんも蕎麦もかけが美味しいお店は珍しくて、安定をとって蕎麦はもりを頂くようになってきました。
十割よりも少し滑らかでつるつる食感でした。二八も美味しい〜。山盛りも嬉しかった〜！お茶が蕎麦湯（多分…）、普段飲まないお茶の味がして新鮮でした。美味しかった〜。
作りたいものは土日で形になったのでチームに紹介でき、自己満は満たせました。
