都立大学【パティスリー タダシヤナギ 八雲店】
お店の魅力を紹介します！
都立大学の駅から大きな道路沿いをあるいて8分ほどのところにあるこちらのお店。
スイーツの重鎮 柳正司さんのお店です。
厚生労働大臣表彰の現代の名工という賞を受賞した方のようです。
手土産用にクリスマスケーキを買いに行ったのですが、経歴がすごすぎてつい自分用にもフィナンシェを買ってしまいました！笑
他の方のレビューを見るとフィナンシェも美味しいと書いてあったのでつい、、、笑
確かに美味しいー✨
焦がしバターがしっかり香りづけされてて、食感がとてもみずみずしいです‼️
ジューシーって表現あってるかわからないですが、これは美味い‼️笑
これも手土産で買ってあげれば良かったー！
と少し後悔、、
今度は差し入れするように、フィナンシェも持っていきたいと思います！
