「フランス産ヴァローナ社のチョコレートを使用したチョコレートクリームの中にアールグレイのクレームブリュレを隠しました。」
濃厚なチョコレート。
アールグレイの苦味が絶妙。
・モンブラン:
「サクサクメレンゲに、北海道純生無糖クリームをたっぷり絞り、フランス産栗のクリームもたっぷり絞りました。」
しつこくないちょうど良い甘さ。
栗クリームと生クリームのバランス◎。
どちらも美味しかった。
特にジュピターは逸品。
