用賀のニトリに行った際に、前からずっと気になっていた、桃太郎すしさんに、少し足を伸ばして行ってみました。休日のランチタイムでしたが、待っている人は数人で、すぐに席に案内されました。カウンター内で握ってる方を見ると、アルバイトさんではなくて、キチンとした寿司職人というイメージ。包丁の使い方も素晴らしく、期待が持ててしまいます。初めてだったのと、たくさんのマグロを楽しみたくて、お刺身の盛り合わせと、あん肝をオーダー。提供されたものは、ひとつだけ解凍が甘いものがありましたが、それ以外はすべて満点！コスパも悪くないし、味は満足できるし、職人さんも気持ちいい。また来たいと思いながら、お店を後にしました。ごちそうさまでした。
