ランチで寿司。
久しぶりにこちらのお店へ。いつもは夜の利用で、ランチは初です。
ランチセットがあり、1400円の10貫の桔梗を注文。
最近、開店寿司に行くことが多く、良さげな回転寿司であれどイマイチ美味しくないなと感じていました。
でもこちらで食べて、違いました。
ネタは新鮮で、そして何よりネタ自体が良いです。マグロ、エビ、ハマチなどは明らかにちがいました。
サラダ、味噌汁、茶碗蒸しが付くのも嬉しいです。
追加で生トロサバ、炙り金目鯛、藁焼きカツオを食べましたが、金目鯛などは味付けも良く脂が溶けて旨味を引き出されていました。
お手頃な価格で非常に満足度が高いランチでした。
