駒沢オリンピック公園の近くにある桃太郎すし。
以前から何度も店の前は通ったが、この近辺に用事があり、ランチで訪問した。
どの駅からも結構距離があるので、さほど混んでいないかと思ったが、昼の１時過ぎでも順番待ち。
２階席を開放していないでカウンターのみということもあって１０分ほど待った。
カウンターに座った。
ランチメニューは握りと丼ものがある。
酒を飲むときは丼ものにすることがあるが、この日はアルコールは控えるので、握りにしよう。
何種かある中から、１３貫握りの雅を選択した。
比較的早めに、サイドの茶わん蒸しとサラダが出てきた。
まずはサラダから食べよう。
寿司の前にサラダは合わないような気もするが、寿司ってガリ以外に野菜がないので、バランス的には良い気がする。
サラダをゆっくり食べていると握りが出てきた。
中トロやイクラ、えんがわといった高級ネタもあるし、白、赤、青が揃っている。
淡白なネタから食べる。
イカとタコが揃っているは意外となく、これは結構嬉しい。
食感が良い二品を食べてからは、えんがわ、甘えび、そして白身、赤身と食べ進める。
玉子と穴子で箸休めできるのもいい。
１３貫って軽く食べれるかと思ったが、結構量がある。
茶わん蒸しに、あら汁まで付くから完食したら、かなり満腹。
値段もリーズナブルだし、満足な寿司ランチだ。
