雰囲気のいい一軒家のお蕎麦屋さん
学芸大学でおいしいお蕎麦屋さんは無いかと調べたところこちらが
おいしさアンテナにピピッと引っかかりました。
駅から線路沿いに渋谷に戻るように3分ぐらい歩くと一軒家のお蕎麦屋さん
が見えて来ました。
2012/12/2 お昼に訪問
11時半の開店と同時に入ったのですがすぐにお客さんが押し寄せます。
地元の常連さんもちらほら。
店の中程にガラス張りになった蕎麦打ちどころが見えます。
これは期待できますね。
やはりここは僕の中での定番、鴨せいろを注文。
出て来たお蕎麦は更科系の白いお蕎麦で細打ちです。
鴨汁は濃厚で香りもいい。
これは旨いです!!!
お蕎麦の喉越しもいいし、汁との相性も完璧。
美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。

久しぶりの訪問です。
卵焼きは出汁感は無くお弁当に入っている卵焼きっぽい。
硬めで美味しい。
せいろはかなり白っぽいお蕎麦です。
やや平打ち麺のような形のお蕎麦でもちっとした歯応え。
喉越しがよくて美味しいです。
つゆは薄口でやや甘めでコクもあります。
