町のそば屋さん
随分と前から来ている本当に普通の町のそば屋さん。
何か特別なものがあるかと言われるとちょっと思いつかないけど
しっかり普通にそば喰ったって感じになる。
わざわざ遠くからは来ないけど近くにあったら助かる、って感じの店。
この日はたまたま焼酎を飲んで、つまみにお新香を頼んだ。
そうそう特別なものがあった、きゅうりの糠漬け。
これは旨い。
まだ若い感じの見た目だけどしっかり漬かっていていつもパリパリ。
本当は分けて貰って家でも食べたいくらいだ。
そして深酒しないでにしんそば。
前にも食べたはずだけどこんなに具が合ったっけかな。
普通に旨いしにしんそば喰ったって満足感。
昔はどこの町にもこんなそば屋が何件かあったのだけど
実家の方ではこういうそばは喰えなくなってしまった。
近所にこういう店があるのに感謝。
