今日はランチで学芸大学にある鰻屋さん宮川へ
店頭で焼いているのが見えます♪
お店へ入ると奥にテーブル席がありそこへ２人で座りました。メニューを見ると特上鰻重で5,000円税込なのでそれを注文してプラス250円税込で肝吸いも追加です♪
ほどなく、鰻重と肝吸いが提供され、蓋を開けると濃い甘めのたれを纏った鰻がしっかり敷き詰められています
ひと口頬張ると柔らかい鰻です♪口の中で溶けます♪
厚みはさほどなく、脂もそれ程強くない感じです。
肝吸いは清し汁がやや薄めの味付けで大きな肝が入っています♪甘めのタレが好みなので美味しく頂きました♪
