平日に１人で訪問。
店内はきれい。そして明るい。
焼鳥は１００円と１８０円の２プライス。税抜き。
焼豚は１００円・１６０円・２００円の３プライス。
そして特選串は２００～３００円。
メニューには２本での価格提示になっているが
１人客には１本から注文可能。
パラパラと好みの串を５本くらい注文。
出てきた串は鶏は小さく豚は大きい。
焼き方は丁寧。炭火でじっくり焼いている。
そのせいか味はいい。
ここは鶏より豚の方がお勧めか。
タレ塩の他に自家製の辛味噌とバジルソースを
別の小皿で出してくれる。このソースがまた旨い。
ビールを飲み終わって焼酎に移行。
３２０～４８０円とやけに安い。
量を聞いたら９０ｍｌだって。
でも何故か黒霧島だけ１２０ｍｌ入っているらしい。
聞いてみるもんだ。
ちなみにサワー類はアルコール濃いめが無料。
そして毎週なんかしらのサービス品が設定されている。
今週のサービス品は真鯛の刺身。価格はなんと３００円。
皮を熱湯で加熱した松皮造り。
３００円でも手は抜いていない。
接客は丁寧。どんな時も笑顔は忘れない。
店員さんも多くて捕まりやすい。
値段・味・雰囲気・接客、全てが平均以上。
チェーン店らしいが日常使いとして侮れない。
