お通しの本鮪の握りから感動
他の店より赤シャリの味が少し凝っていて表現できないのですが過去一の握りでした。
今年初の蟹は、すだちを絞ってさっぱりと。
相性良すぎ!!
刺し盛りは1人ずつお皿に分けて提供してくれました✨
それだけで特別感が出ますよね。
今回は春菊の和え物とばくだん、揚げ銀杏が特に記憶に残ってます。
秋はやっぱり銀杏が美味しい。
独特な風味が病みつきです!
今回は無かったですが、茶碗蒸しも最高とのことで今度食べに行った時は握りと茶碗蒸しを食べたいですね。
学芸大学の高架下は良いお店がいっぱいあるので2.3軒はしごできるのが嬉しいポイント
