以前から気になっていたこちらのお店。
普段通る道が工事で通れなかった事から迂回した際にお店の前を通り、遅くまで営業している事を確認！そのまま23時30分頃訪問、すぐに入る事ができました。
・注文したもの
◯濃厚魚介らーめん 1080円
◯麺中盛 100円
清潔感ある店内はカウンター9席とテーブル12席、テーブルがあるので家族でも入りやすいです。
ラーメンは特殊な形状の器と共に10分くらいで着丼。
スープはアタック中程度
動物系主体で魚介は補助的な位置付け。
酸味は穏やかでやや甘やかでとろみが強くコクのある味わい。柚子皮の柑橘感が爽やかなアクセント。
麺はもっちりやや固めで弾力あり、小麦の風味が強く、粘性の強いスープと好相性。
チャーシューはとても柔らかく、噛むと脂身のコクと甘味が舌の上で広がります。
海苔がついてるので、ご飯と一緒に食べればよかったと思いつつ、完食。
次回はご飯を頼もうと思います。
