以前一度行ったことがあって、10年ぶり(！)くらいの再訪。
「冬はあつもり」とあつもりを推してたので、何気に初めてのあつもりで濃厚魚介つけ麺+味玉(¥1,230)をオーダー。結果、冷たい麺のキュッと締まった感じが好きなんだということに気づきました。好みだけどね。
つけ汁はいわゆるつけ麺における「濃厚魚介」の中ではさらっとマイルドな印象。最初は物足りないかな〜なんて思ったんだけど、そのマイルドさのおかげで味変が楽しかった！柚子酢でさっぱりしてみたり、麺に特製の「奇跡のラー油」(しっかり辛い揚げニンニクとか入ってて、すごく好きだった)を絡めながら食べてみたり、花椒の華やかな香りを加えてみたり…濃厚すぎないおかげでいろいろ試せて美味しかったです。
