I ordered the limited edition shrimp Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) + medium serving. I tried eating it according to the recommended way. The noodles have a chewy texture. Although the soup had a strong shrimp aroma, I personally didn't like the complexity and richness of the soup itself. Even if the taste changes, it doesn't seem to fit well with the limited Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle). If the price was less than 1000 yen, I would think it would be something like that, but it's only 1280 yen...I'm not satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
