近くのレストランスタッフから、学大の和食ではこちらが評判いいみたいですよと聞いて、行ってみました。
一度当日予約にトライして失敗。３日前の予約の週末利用です。
ちなみに、平日でも予約がお勧めとのことでした。
予約した７時に伺うと、私たちの予約席を除き満席でした。
店内はそう広くありませんが席数も少ないので、比較的ゆったりした配置です。
利用者の平均年齢は高そう。
案内されたカウンター席は、厨房との境が低いので料理の手順が見え、面白いです。
初めての利用なので、４８００円の基本の鯛飯コースを頂きました。
ほかのお客さんも同じコースの方が多いようでした。
大振りの殻付き生牡蠣に始まって、桜海老の天ぷら、蛤のお吸い物、お造り盛り合わせ、雲子と豆腐の揚げ出し、鰆の焼き物と続いて、〆にグルーブごとに土鍋で炊いた鯛飯とおみそ汁、香の物、最後にデザート。
どの品も美味しく頂きました。材料もいい物を使っている印象です。
盛り付け自体は比較的シンプルですが、器も素敵。
鯛飯は１人１合はあるようで、食べきれなかった分は、お握りにして持たせてくれるのがうれしいです。
きちんとした日本料理を一通り頂いて、生ビールに日本酒をそこそこ頼み、２人で１万４千円程度。
かなりコスパは良いと思いました。
非常に無口なご主人は一見強面ですが、話をしてみるとやさしい雰囲気で、若い板前さん、飲み物担当の若い女性とのチームワークも良さそうでした。
次はアラカルトで頂いてみようかな。
