平日のディナーで蕎麦石はらさんを訪問してきました。
場所は学芸大学駅徒歩5分。
17時半に3名で訪問しテーブル席に着席しました。
石はらさんは本店が世田谷にあるようですが、メニュー内容もすべて違います。
今回はオシャレなファザードに惹かれて初訪問。
オーダーしたのは以下の通りです。
・つけもの
そばだれ大根、そばつゆ野沢菜の2種類。
蕎麦屋らしくてgood
・ちくわ磯辺揚げ
ふわっと柔らかい磯辺揚げ。
だし巻き卵
薄く巻いた卵焼き。抹茶塩と大根おろしで。
・大判炙りチャーシュー
長さ25センチはあります。
箸で切れる柔らかいチャーシューで味付けも好み。
・マグロのタルタル
ネギトロの上にそばつゆのジュレ、カイワレが乗っています。
ジュレは想像以上に塩味がありネギトロの醤油の役目。
付け合わせの抹茶ワサビでより円やかに。
・天ぷら盛り合わせ 大
海老、しいたけ、なす、にんじん、かぼちゃ、ブロッコリー、ししとう。
930円でこの内容は満足度高い！
・合鴨もも肉のネギ味噌焼き
鉄板の上で軽く焼き目を付けた合鴨とネギ。
合鴨は火を入れすぎると硬くなりますが、ちょうどいい火入れ具合で柔らかく仕上げてあります。
甘くてとろみのある味噌が日本酒との相性抜群。
・四兄弟
北海道産の上乾干ししゃも。
つまみながら日本酒が加速。
・鴨だんご煮込み
粗挽きの鴨だんご。
通常2個のところ3人訪問だったので3個にしてくれました。
生姜の香りもある鴨だんご。これは美味い！
・絶品鴨せいろ
絶品だった鴨だんごも入った贅沢そば。
言うことなし！
上記にビール、そば茶ハイ7〜8杯、麦ソーダ割3杯、日本酒6合ほど飲んでお会計は32,000円ほど。
お酒をかなりの量飲んでしっかり酔っ払いました。笑
普通だったらたんか4,000～5,000円で収まりそう。
お料理はどれも美味しく提供スピードも間合いを見て出されます。
学芸大学駅近辺で飲める蕎麦屋としては超使えるお店です。
スタッフさんのオススメしすぎないけど、話しかけたら丁寧に反応してくれる接客も心地よかったです。
