店内は4組ほどのお客さん
カウンター席も含めてまだ4-5席空いていました。
十割蕎麦を注文
口当たりが柔らかいお蕎麦
ネギは切りたてだからフレッシュさもあって良いです。
個人的にはもっと蕎麦の香りがするお蕎麦が好きです。
私は北海道産の蕎麦粉を輸出して10年以上で
携わる頃から蕎麦をたくさん食べ歩いています
個人的な好みは蕎麦の風味がある

蕎麦はルチンをはじめとしてビタミンB群やミネラルが豊富に含んでいる食材でタンパク質も豊富に含んでいます。
