パスタがメインの、カジュアルイタリアン。夜に伺ったのは、2度目かな？特にお昼は、かなり賑わってます。
せっかくなので、少しつまんでからパスタにしようかなってことで、とりあえず生ビール。
そして、軽めに
茄子のバルサミコ和え・・冷製。バルサミコはそんな得意でない私でも、これなら大丈夫。
アンチョビキャベツ・・温製で、ほっかほかのうちに頂きました。小皿の割に、そこそこボリュームあり。アンチョビは、イタリアンの大きな要素の一つですね。
生ビールのお次は、表面張力と銘打ったハウスワイン。このメニュー、前はなかったような？ 冷酒気分で、なかなか愉快。
で、パスタです。
こちらのパスタは、塩辛とクリームチーズが一番人気ですが（ここのメニューは、クリームソース系が多い（笑））、敢えて基本に返って（？！）トマトバジルにしてみました。
因みに、私のこれまでのイチオシは、ウニと大葉のクリームソースです。
バジルの爽やかな香りと若干酸味のあるトマト。モッツァレラチーズでコッテリ感も出てますが、もっちりとした生パスタにも良く合っているのでは？
