学大(学芸大学駅)の小道にある生パスタ屋。
人気が高く常に混み合っている。
随分前から知っていたのだが混んでいるのと珍メニューが散見されたので入店を躊躇していた。
この店の1番人気は【塩辛とクリームチーズ】という名のパスタだ。
色々なレシピがあっていいとは思うのだが塩辛をパスタに放り込むというジャイアン(剛田 武)的な発想が俺をこの店から遠ざけた。
だが今日の俺には迷いはない。
この店を贔屓にしている知人から
『迷わず行けよ❗️行けば分かるさ❗️』と背中を押されたのだ。
オーダーは勿論、塩辛とクリームチーズ(1040円)に決まっている。
他のメニューをオーダーするのなら意を決しての訪問の意味がない。
店は盛況で賑やかだ。
楽しそうにランチしている満席のお客とは裏腹に俺の気持ちは晴れない。
5分くらい経過した後についに【塩辛とクリームチーズ】がサーブされる。
今日は普通盛りにしてある。
正直、普通盛りでさえ完食する自信がない。
大盛りなどもってのほかだ。

見ての通りイカはリング状である。
桃屋の塩辛のような形状のイカが大量に入っていて、色も塩辛のあの色をイメージしていた俺には全くもって拍子抜だった。
加熱した際に出てくるイカの旨味とクリームチーズがモチモチした生パスタと良く合う。
『なんだ 美味いじゃん❗️』
いつも混んでいるのには理由があるという事なんだろう。
近いうちに別メニューを食べてみよう。
