以前、パーティー会場として、このお店に
行ったことがあり、今回、学芸大学で
飲むことになったので、このお店を利用。
最初は、スパークリングワインと、
お通しの洋風茶碗蒸し。
これがクセモノ、おいしいんです。
濃厚クリーミー系です。
次は、前菜の盛り合わせをノリのいい店主に
「おまかせ」で御願いしたら、出てきたのが
仔牛の牛タンや、フォアグラの味噌漬け、パテ、
レバーペーストでした。
みんなおいしかったです、肉系盛りでけっこうお気に入り。
お次は、砂肝のコンフィ。
やわらか～～いです。
砂肝というよりは、何か「別物のお肉」といった感じ。
次は、牛タンの網焼き。
メニューに載っていると、思わずオーダーしちゃう
はずせない1品です。
〆は、海老とネギ・大葉のクリームパスタ。
うん、うまい！
茹で加減、塩気、クリーミーさ、
好きです。
赤ワインの前には、白ワインも・・・
（他にも料理で、白エビと空芯菜のガーリック炒めも
おいしかった～～、ガーリック効いてて
