東急東横線は美食の宝庫。
特にパンの名店を挙げるとすると枚挙にいとまが無い。
そんな中、特にお気に入りのパン屋が「トラスパレンテ」だ。
中目黒、学芸大学に続き、都立大学に訪問。これで３店舗全制覇だ。
イタリアで修行したシェフが中目黒で2008年に始めてからもう１5年以上、今では東横線以外も含め13店舗展開。朝からやっていて、イートインもでき、ケーキまで美味しい。
ハードパンから惣菜、菓子パンまで幅広くパン好きのニーズを満たしてくれるところも大好きだ。
なるべく焼きたてで食べてもらえるようにと焼き立てを少ない数で何度も出してくれて、具材も惜しみなく入れてくれている。決して安いパン屋では無いですが、味は確か。
今回は必ず毎度注文するクロックムッシュに加え、デニッシュ、明太バターとジャガイモのパニーニ、サルシッチャ、フォカッチャなど複数購入。
言うまでもなくどれも最高に美味しいですが、今回初めて食べたパニーニが大ヒット。
パンの食感、弾力、素材の美味しさがお見事と感服。
あぁー美味しかった。毎日でも食べたい、本当に大好きなパン屋です。
