高品質ベーカリーとして名を馳せるトラスパレンテ都立大学店。
カフェは雰囲気が良くお洒落で人気が高い。
地元民の憩いの場となっている。
なので週末は中々座れない。
今回もカフェ待ちをしたが席が開かないのでオフィスで食べることにした。
購入は画像のピッコロ 213円。
ピッコロはイタリア語で(小さい)。
そのまんま小さなフランスパンだ。
小麦感が強くしっかり美味しい。
こういった食事系のシンプルなパンが美味しいのは大いに評価したい。
