アイアンシェフ 萩原雅彦氏が2015年に学芸大学駅至近でオープンしたイタリアン/地中海料理レストラン。
たまたま前日に食べログサーフィンをしていてランチで空きがあったので、ジムとサウナに行ってコンディション抜群の状態で伺いました。
平日はお値打ちなパスタランチがあるようですが週末は無しかな？
まあ元々アラカルトで頂くつもりだったので特に構わない。
ディナーだったらそんなに気にしないですが、ランチで頂くには結構良い値段取りますね。
前菜盛り合わせ1,670円、パスタ2,000円弱...飲み物も頼むと思うので手加減しても1万円近くはいくなあ。
とりあえずで頼んだハートランド小瓶(330ml)も800円程度でキンキンではない。
反面、ワインはグラス含め多彩なラインナップで、まあまあそんなにやりすぎてはない価格設定。
前菜盛り合わせは作り置き感が凄い温度感。
1品くらい温かいのもあって良いと思うのだけど...。
ボケロネス(鰯の酢漬け)は裏切らないですね。
これは美味しい。ロゼにも合う。
パスタは値段が値段なのでボリュームもそれなりにあり、蛸のトマト煮込みはソースが美味しかったです。
ねっとり濃厚、蛸も結構どっさり。
ボンゴレビアンコもあさりがこれでもかと投入されているのですが、ちょっと塩気が強いですね。
身体が心配になります。
どちらも麺は特筆すべきものは無し。
うーん、悪くはないけど...学大って美味しいお店ホント多いからなあ...
夜は違うから！もっと良いから！って例え言われても別にかなあ。
