ランチで訪問。
お店は遊歩道に面した2階で、明るく清潔感のある雰囲気の店内。目の前に大きな桜の木がある。
メニューは割合豊富。冷そばは十割、二八、二色、変わり、などがある。鴨せいろが好きなのだが、1,850円はチョット高級過ぎるので、シンプルに十割を注文。
戸隠系とも思える、腰のしっかりした製麺。茹で上がり70〜80gくらい。私には良いけど、若者には足りないだろう。大盛、特盛の注文戻もできる。そば汁は辛めで、江戸前。薬味は晒し葱と本山葵。
シンプルに美味しかった。特にこの時期なので、蕎麦の香りが高い。この麺量だと、鴨せいろでは欲求不満になりそうなので、結果オーライかも。そば湯は納得できる濃度。
蕎麦を待つ間、メニューを眺めていると、この店の主力は蕎麦前とコース料理の様子。さすがRYコーポレーションの横山社長が手がけるお店。機会があれば、是非蕎麦前で一杯やりに来たい。
