蕎麦屋かと思って行ったら、何食べても美味しい和食割烹の名店でした。蕎麦も、常陸秋の香りがガツンと来る食べごたえのある本物でした。
日本酒で作ったレモンリキュールのソーダ割り 680円

全ての料理が技術だけではない、センスと誠実さを感じるもので、手間暇かけて作られているのが分かる。素材選び、仕込み、料理、全てに手を抜かずに心を込めないとこの味わいは出ない。一人で厨房をやられているみたいだったので、無理せず、適度に休みながら長く続けて欲しい。
