学芸大学には蕎麦屋がたくさん。
その中の一軒やっ古さん。
古めかしい名前とは裏腹？なのか女性2人でしっとり営まれている。
店主さんの性格ゆえなのかキリリとした空気感の店内。可愛らしいメニューの文字とのギャップ。お運びのお姉さんはまだ経験が浅いのか、少しの行き違いが店内の緊張感を急速に高める。
ちょっとつまんで締めにとき玉そば。
ざるそば頼んで生卵を頼むのは何度かやってきたけど、ずっと自分でダサいと思ってて恐る恐る頼んでたけど、初めて公式で見た。
しかも自分でじゃなくて溶いてくれてるから卵がねっとりとしてものすごく美味しい。
ダサいわけじゃなかったんだ。
何か嬉しい。
