本当は教えたくない焼肉屋さん@学芸大学
今夜のお食事。
学芸大学は駅から徒歩3分ほどの『焼肉 東京パンチ』さん。
フォロワーさんにオススメとのことでご紹介いただき、行ってきました♫
今年6月にOpenしたばかり、飲食店で賑わう東西の商店街からは少し距離があるせいか、あまりまだ知られていないお店。
なんでも、オーナーさんは都内の有名店で10年以上の修行を積み、満を持して学大に〝王道〟の焼肉屋さんをOpenさせたそう♫
住人としては嬉しい限り(^^)♫
エレベーターで3階へ。
店内はかなりスタイリッシュな、洗練された感のあるモダンなデザイン。
焼肉屋さんには見えない、どこかイタリアンな感じの空間♫
先ずはオススメとのことでタン塩、ロース、はらみをオーダー。
準備できたらどんどん持ってくるのではなく、タイミングを見計らって提供してくれる辺り、気配りができているなと♫
オススメらしく、どれも絶妙な味わい♫
一通りいただいたところで、ひとくち赤身、ホルモンを追加。
こちらもタレと絶妙にマリアージュして、クセになる逸品♫
焼肉のメニューは他店と比べると少ない気がするけど、そこは逆に自信の表れかな♫
勝負できるからこそ、と言った感じ！
〆の東京パンチラーメンも、そんじょそこらのラーメンより比較にならない美味しさ！
焼肉の後にピッタリ♫
スタッフさんの接客も迅速かつ的確、懇切丁寧。
これって重要なポイント。
自宅からも至近距離だし、何かにつけて足を運ぶことになりそう(^^)♫
かなりオススメできるお店だけど、予約が取りにくくなっちゃうのは辛いねぇ^^;
本当に美味しかったです！

店内は焼肉屋さんとは思えないほどスタイリッシュな内装。
相変わらずお肉の方も最高級♫
タン塩、ロース、ハラミがオススメの隠れ家的な焼肉屋さん。
ん〜、やっぱり教えたくないお店(^^)♫
