学大から徒歩数分のところにある焼肉屋。
唐突に焼肉が食べたくなり、全体的にポジティブなレビューが多いのと当日でも空きがあった事からチョイスしたのですが、どうやら店主はあの『正泰苑』で長年研鑽を積まれた方の模様。
失礼ながら店名の字体がそこらのネオ大衆酒場系と同じような感じだったので、完全に侮ってました。
店内は非常に綺麗且つゆったりとした空間設計で、カウンターもテーブルもそれなりのキャパ数があり、デートでも野郎だけでも使い勝手良さそう。
メニューはかなり絞られた構成で、王道の正肉、ホルモン系のみという感じ。
お会計 約11,000円/2人
◆ナムル盛り合わせ
-程良くオイリーで味付けがしっかりしておりこれは美味しい。もやしとオクラ、どっちも良いですね。
◆タン塩
-1人前約2,000円と安くはないですが、見るからにプリップリな程良く厚みのあるタンが8枚。
ビジュアルから得る期待値を決して裏切ることは無く、弾けるようにサクッとした食感と旨味がイイ！
◆ハラミ
-「今日は良いハラミが入ったので是非塩で！」と言うハラミは確かに官能的な脂を纏いこちらも見るからに美味しそうな一皿。
確かに重たさは全く無く、他方で旨味の凝縮した素晴らしいハラミでした。
◆ロース
-当店の名物的な一品。
サッと炙って頂きますが、これまでのタンやハラミとは異なり上質な赤身らしい旨味と滑らかな舌触りでこれはいくらでも食べられます。
◆赤身切り落とし
-部位はよく分からないですが、気持ち厚めな切り口の赤身が盛りっと。
美味しいですが、そんなに上記メニューと値段が変わらないのでそれであればどれかをもう1皿追加で頼んでも良かったかも。
◆ミノ
-薄切りで洗練されたフォルムのミノ。
切り方が良いのか、シャキシャキ感が堪らなく心地良い。
しっかり効かせた塩もバッチリな味付け。
◆冷麺
-冷麺は1人前を半分ずつ分けてもらいました。
和風の出汁を効かせたオリジナルな冷麺で、これがまた美味しくて最後まで満足度が高い。
冷麺って見つけるとテンション上がる割にいざ食べると(満腹感もあり)う〜んなパターンが割とあるのですが、これは毎回頼みたい。
◆ライス中
◇黒烏龍茶×2
美味い。いや、かなり美味かった。
このクオリティと雰囲気で、しかも学大という立地であれば週末はもっと混雑しても良さそうなんですが。
まあただ安くて美味しくてお洒落な居酒屋やレストランがひしめく中で、メニューだけ見ると1人前1,500円〜2,000円程度の為に気軽に入りづらい感じもあるのかな。
実際は1人前でも結構ちゃんとしたボリューム感なので、トータルコストはそこまでぶっとんだ事にはならなさそうですが。
家出るのちょっと面倒でしたが来て良かったと思いました。
また行ってみよう。
