お店の雰囲気はオープンして1年とかでとても綺麗でした
奥には個室も完備。
今回は初回ということでカウンターを選択。
炭火焼きの焼肉は個人的に好きなので楽しみに来店。
＊キムチ盛り合わせ〜カクテキ・白菜・オイキムチ
＊オクラのナムル〜いつもはもやしナムルを頼むのが定番なのですが、オクラのナムルは試した事がなかったのでチャレンジ。
うーん…味が染みてないというか、ボヤけた感じ。お口直しとしての意味なのかもしれません。
＊タン塩〜パンチのある味付けでした。お店の名前はここから来てるのかなと思うほどのパンチ力オクラのナムルおすすめです笑
＊ロース〜⭐︎マークが付いていたので思わず頼んでみましたが、薄切りのロース肉。あっさりめの甘タレにごま油が効いたタレで味付けされていて、店員さんからは片面焼きでサッと焼いて下さいと。うーん確かに両面焼きはおすすめしません。レアがおすすめです
＊ミノ〜薄切りのミノがあると友人から聞いていたので注文。かなり好みの厚さでリピートしたいと思いました！
＊きのこ焼き〜エリンギと椎茸盛り！これ絶対頼んだ方が良いです⭕️めちゃくちゃ美味しかった
＊ハラミ〜塩かタレを選べたので塩を選択。うーん結構、脂がしっかり。タレの方が良かったかなーと反省。
＊東京パンチラーメン〜牛すじと鶏ガラベースの醤油ラーメン。焼肉屋で〆はいつも冷麺なのですが、ラーメンはかなり好きなので試してみましたが、一言での感想。あっさりではなく、コッテリです。
麺を啜ってもスープを頂いても油をとても感じました…
次回は冷麺かスープを頼もうかなと。
最後、席を立っていた私も悪いのですが、ラーメンが予想外に重かったので黒烏龍茶を頼もうとしたらラストオーダー過ぎたのでと頼めなかった…
お冷を出してくれるのであれば、黒烏龍茶注文させてくれたらいいのになーと少し残念な気持ちになりました。
またしばらくしたらお伺いしたいと思います。
