先日、訪問したのだが、満席で入れなかったので、今回は開店10分前からスタンバイ。オーダーは迷わず黒毛和牛の四川麻婆豆腐。
最初のサラダは、まず海ブドウが目に入った。海ブドウもそうだが、ナッツやゴマ、クコの実などを使って、食感にアクセントをつけている印象。ドレッシングはエスニックというか、やはり中華風。
そして麻婆豆腐。山椒が効いていて刺激的。肉がひき肉ではなく、塊の肉なので、高級感が増している。ご飯は半分がジャスミンライス、半分が普通のお米だが、個人的には普通のお米の方が良い。ジャスミンライスか、普通のご飯か、半々か、選べるようになればと思った。麻婆豆腐が辛くて美味しくて、ご飯が進んだので、大盛りにすれば良かったと後悔した。途中、餃子を追加。1個330円は高いと思ったが、ぎっしり肉が入っていて、餃子だけど餃子でないようなと言えるほど美味しい餃子で、この値段でもありだと思った。次回は麻婆麺にしよう。
