満を持して独立したシェフ笠井さん。アロマクラシコ、アロマフレスカグループを経てイタリアで修業、井上さんや田窪さんにお世話になり独特のオリジナリティを醸しだす、大阪出身の精鋭若手調理人です。
店内は中華を居抜きにしたインテリアで、ストーブも中華鍋仕様です。ひとりで切り盛りしていますが、テキパキとこなします。
料理はシンプルですが、味わいが深くどれも頭の脳裏に焼き付く逸品ばかりです。
