都立大駅近くのイタリアンです。カウンターのみ、シェフワンオペでした。お任せコースとベアリングをお願ました。ワインは全てイタリア産にこだわっているようです。突き出し代わりに出されたブリオッシュにバターと削りたての生ハムを乗せた一品はホッとした気持ちにしてくれました。新玉ねぎのポタージュは大地の香りがしました。馬肉のタルタルはどっしりとした食べ応えで美味しかったです。イタリア産ホワイトアスパラガスのカルボナーラ仕立ては極太のアスパラガスが一本丸々出てきました。
私はパスタが好きなのですが、筍のフィットチーネとホタルイカのトマトソースが割と普通でちょっと期待外れでした。メインは子羊でしたが、写真撮り忘れ。ミルクのジェラートとコーヒーでご馳走さまでした。
あとシェフが料理について説明をしながら提供してくれるのですが、声が小さくほとんど聞こえないのが残念でした。
