シャフはタクボさん出身で、
グルマンには広く知られる実力店
私が定期訪問かつ、数ヶ月に１度は貸切をさせて頂く数少ないレストランになります
お料理はおまかせのコースになり、１品目は必ず
定番の生ハムとブリオッシュからスタートします
これがとんでもなく美味しくて、初回でファンになりました笑
季節の食材をしっかり生かしたお料理構成で
お魚、お肉問わず火入れもお上手です
また、パスタも絶品で（タクボさん出身のシェフが作るパスタは本当に美味い）
しっかり食べてコースのお値段1.3万円ですよ・・・コスパ良いというか、安すぎ
そして、ワインになりますがまずペアリングもあります
主にイタリアワインなどを幅広く、初心者にも飲みやすいよう組み立ててあります
私も初訪問時はお願いしましたが、セラーとワインリストを見て圧巻・・・
