灼熱下の打ちっぱなしに備えてランチ。
紅矢さんはNZグラスフェドビーフが売りで都内中心に数店舗展開されてますね。
鎌倉のお菓子屋さんとは違うみたい。
ステーキはソースが選べてビネガーソース。
Cセットはサラダ＋ドリンク＋パン

ステーキは赤身バリバリでグラスフェドという感じ。
身が締まってて脂身も締まってる。
肉汁も適度で肉の味がしっかりしてます。
サラダも付け合わせの酢キャベツも美味
