A restaurant where you can enjoy creative Italian Cuisine made using Okinawan ingredients, prepared by Okinawan chef Franco. All the dishes prepared by the talented chefs were delicious. Okinawan ingredients, mimiga, sea grapes, lots of vegetables, etc. have a strong presence, but it's definitely Italian Cuisine! The low-temperature cooked meat was very tender and delicious! A course that uses lots of seasonal and rare vegetables! I thought the cost performance was too good to be able to get this at such a reasonable price. ~Menu details~ ``Franco's selection Course ¥5,500'' ・Assortment of 4 special appetizers ・Homemade bread ・ selection pasta ・Roasted Ryukyu roast pork shoulder loin ・Assortment of 3 types of Dolce ・Coffee or tea The pasta is Brussels sprouts and Ezo deer casarecce. I was told that I could change to sea urchin pasta for an additional fee, but I was hesitant and went for the regular course menu. It's loaded with Ezo deer and Brussels sprouts, and the meat is tender! I'm also curious about the sea urchin pasta. It was a lot of fun and I was constantly surprised by the combinations of ingredients and the ingredients I tried for the first time.
