東急東横線都立大学駅近くの緑道沿いにあるハワイアンレストランです。ロティサリーチキンのラココリコ等と同じRYコーポレーションの運営でハワイアンBBQチキンが看板メニュー。2021年10月に開店したばかりだそうです。
近くの新興鮮魚店サカナバッカにきた時に見つけて気になっていましたが、週末に界隈に行った際に初めて伺ってみました。同じビル二階のそば屋さんに行ってみたらランチのLOが終わっていたのが訪問の直接的なきっかけです。
既に14:30過ぎてましたが、通し営業のこちらは結構な賑わい。テラス席を含めて30～40席ある店内は家族連れ等で7割がた埋まっている感じです。
お店はエッグスンシングズのようなハワイアン＆アメリカンな雰囲気。待たされることなく店員さんに案内されてツレと二人で中ほどのテーブル席に着きました。
注文したのは自分がハワイアンBBQプレートの1/4羽1100円(税別)でツレがガーリックシュリンププレートの5尾1200円(同)。待つこと10分ほどでそれぞれの注文が揃いました。
それぞれのメイン以外のサイドメニューはほぼ共通。「のりたま」のおにぎり二個、マカロニサラダ、生野菜、フライドポテトというのがその内容です。「のりたま」がちょっと不思議ですがハワイならあながち無いとも言い切れません。
メインのBBQチキン1/4は予想通りムネ、アバラ、手羽の上半身。表面にバーベキューソースが塗られている以外はほぼロティサリーチキンです。食べれみるとムネの部分もパサパサ感は無くてしっとり。アバラや手羽も旨い。やはりロティサリーチキンのココリコと同系列だけのことはある感じです。ソースはピリ辛と酸味があるものの二種類ですが、自分的にはピリ辛が断然オススメ。
のりたまおにぎり等の副菜も総じてまずまず。全体としてかなり満足できるランチでした。次はBBQチキンハーフにしたいと思います。ツレはガーリックシュリンプ7尾にするらしい。
