学芸大学に店を構える『スタンド ペロ』
大衆ビストロ煮ジルの姉妹店で
オシャレなシードル専門店。
普段、シードルは全然飲まないのですが
今回は招待いただき行ってました。
まずは、鮮魚のカルパッチョと
フィッシュ＆マッシュを酒の充に乾杯！
続いて、おすすめの名物のお料理である
フィッシュ＆マッシュ、豚バラ肉の一口カツ
ペロ風牛すじトマト煮込みを。
どれもお求め易い価格とちょうど良い量で
色々食べたい人にはかなり良いです。
そして、シードルの3種飲み比べを
2セットオーダーし、その日のラインナップ
全種類をコンプリート！
肉料理も素晴らしくジビエが苦手な人でも
きっと好きになる「蝦夷鹿のロースト」は
火入れが完璧過ぎて臭みもありません！
〆の牛スジガーリックライスまで頼んでしまい
腹パンでした笑
サービスでいただいたデザートの恋するプリンは
別腹でサクッと完食してしまいました。
前菜〜メインと〆まで弱点が見当たりません。
