This is a new Sushi that opened in April 2023. restaurant is on the first floor of a concrete building. First of all, I'm the type of person who likes buildings. There are two types of courses: 8,000 yen and 10,000 yen, but I received the 10,000 yen omakase course. First of all, we had 5 appetizers, then 5 sashimi, 2 grilled dishes, chawanmushi, 5 fried nigiri, Fried food maki, a red soup stock, and an additional scallop. For drinks, I usually have draft beer, shochu sweet potato rocks, and recommended sake. Appetizer: shellfish, peanuts, eggplant, sea bream with kelp, crab It's almost crab season, and this is delicious. The sea bream finished with kelp also tastes great! peanut? interesting. There were many kinds of sashimi, but I had the Nodoguro with salt. The combination of fat and salt makes it delicious. Grilled Sanma and Clam. Sanma has good fat and is a thick size. The clams are also flavored with soy sauce and are delicious. Chawanmushi I thought it would be shark fin and crab, but it turned out to be cheese inside. This is also good! Before the nigiri, try rice with sea urchin shell and salmon roe. It looks interesting and the sea urchin is sweet and delicious. The fact that it's a little hard to eat is also appreciated. Fried food milt tempura served with salt. Strongly sticky and milky. It looks like it would be good to grill the milt. Each nigiri was delicious, but the herring was so fatty that it was called toronishin. The liver of the filefish had a good taste, and the additional scallops were also large and filling.
