This restaurant has a counseling sheet that you can use to create your own French cuisine course. The restaurant is run by a husband who trained in France and his wife, who is a soprano singer, so it's very nice and homely ♡ The fact that it's limited to a maximum of 2 groups per day makes it special and makes me really happy ▼Click here for the course menu▼ [Kom Chiki] Fami Chiki, made by French cuisine chef, uses breadcrumbs of cherry shrimp and has a nice aroma. The juicy brand chicken is filled with goat cheese called Chèvre frais, which is very delicious! [Crab and bamboo shoot tartare/Celbert canu and sea urchin/Pate de campagne/Barley Sangenton pork consommé soup] Particularly delicious was the crab and bamboo shoot tartare. The texture of the bamboo shoots and the flavor of the crab are very good! [Homemade bread] Bread is baked before serving, so you can enjoy freshly baked bread. When you bite into it, the fat spreads in your mouth and it's so delicious ♡ The white carrots were sticky and sweet like sweet potatoes! [Ginger and bergamot ice cream and hassaku compote sorbet] Ginger and bergamot sorbet with a refreshing hassaku compote. It's refreshing, gingery, and delicious♡ [Sakura and Chocolate Marjolaine] A very beautiful dessert inspired by sakuramochi. Not only is it a very delicate dessert, but it's also very delicious! Everything seems to be handmade by the owner/chef. French cuisine Restaurants, run by a couple, is homely and comfortable, and the French French cuisine of a very high standard.
