2023年11月にオープンするやいなや瞬く間に高評価を獲得しているハンバーガー屋。
学芸大学駅から徒歩7〜8分ほどの立地の為、
評判の良さとは裏腹にまだそこまで混んでない。
ディナータイムは食べログから予約も出来ます。
内装がなかなか強烈な世界観に溢れてます。
何調なのかよく分かりませんが、とにかくめっちゃお金掛けたんだろうなという事は伝わります。笑
カウンター側の鹿のツノのシャンデリアとかスゴイ。
ハンバーガーは色んな種類が用意されていますが、今回はおとなしく店名を冠した『オーバーウェルムバーガー(2,420円)』をチョイス。
なんといっても特徴的なのはハンドチョップパティ。
挽肉では無く、ブロック肉の塊を仕入れて筋や脂を丁寧に取り除き、サイコロ状に繋ぎ合わせたモノ。
背面の画像からだと分かりやすいですが、
そうそう他では体験出来ないレベルの圧倒的肉食ってる感。
手間暇掛かるし技量も要るので、個人店ならではのクオリティですね。
他の構成具材は自家製燻製マヨネーズ/折り畳みレタス/トマト/グリルドオニオン/チーズ/パストラミ/パイナップル/エッグ/自家製BBQソース。
酸味や甘味、色んな角度でパティを引き立たせます。
付け合わせの自家製ピクルスと自家製クリスピーフライドポテトも美味しい。
普段そんなにちゃんとしたハンバーガーを食べる事は無いですが、これは良かった。
2,500円弱とハンバーガーにしてはそれなりの絶対額ではあるものの、流石に納得感あります。
ちなみに隣の席の方がかなり行きつけのようで、
ダブルチーズバーガーにタルタルトッピングをオーダーしてました。
なに超美味そう、今度それにしよ。
